Maison Margiela's Bianchetto Tabi New Ballerina Flats are made from black ovine leather brushed over with white paint in the house Bianchetto finish. The paint is uneven, so streaks of black show through and each pair looks a little different. The shape has the signature Tabi split toe and a low, rounded cut, with a soft gathered edge around the opening. They are lined in calf and set on a flat sole of the same skin. With wear the paint may crack and fade, letting more black come through. Wear them with a long knit skirt or cropped wide trousers.
