How can I check if a product is in stock?

You can view real-time stock availability on the product page. If your size or colour is sold out, you can click “Notify Me” to get an alert when it’s back. You will be able to find all items online at our physical store as well.

Can you provide more details about a product?

All product descriptions include materials, sizing, fit, and country of origin. If you need extra photos, please check the gallery on the product page or contact us.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Restocks vary by brand and season. Add the item to your Wishlist for back-in-stock alerts.

Do you offer promotions or discounts?

Ordering & Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within the same if there aren’t any issues with your method of payment. It can take up to 3 business days to ship your order. You’ll receive a tracking email once it’s on the way.

How do I track my order?

After shipping, you’ll get a tracking number via email. You can also log in to your account to check your order status.

What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We offer standard and express shipping. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout based on your location.

My tracking shows ‘Delivered’ but I haven’t received my package—what should I do?

First, check with neighbours or your building concierge. If it’s still missing, contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number and start a trace on the package.

Returns & Cancellations

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Visit our Returns Portal, enter your order number and email, and follow the instructions.

I returned my item—when will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled if they haven’t been fulfilled. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

What should I do if I received the wrong item?

Contact our support team with photos of the incorrect item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

I am in the US, will there be any Tariff charges?

Your order price includes any Tariff charges. You will not have to pay any extra charges when you receive your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
