The Tabi Broken Mirror New Ballerina is a shimmering exploration of Maison Margiela’s fixation with distressed textures and light-reflecting surfaces. Part of the iconic Tabi lineage—inspired by 15th-century Japanese split-toe socks—this "New Ballerina" model offers a structural twist on the classic flat.
The upper is crafted from 100% calf leather treated with a "broken mirror" silver foil finish that is designed to crack and evolve with every step, making each pair a unique artifact. The interior features a luxurious lambskin lining for all-day comfort, while the calf leather sole is reinforced with a rubber contrast for practical grip.
