Future Bianchetto Sneakers from Maison Margiela, built in calf leather across upper, lining, and insole. High-top shape rises over the ankle with a padded panelled construction, closing with a wide strap and a concealed lace front. Calf leather carries a hand-painted white finish brushed over a black base, each pair streaked and worked differently so the coverage and the black showing through read as an intended treatment rather than wear, which supports an intentionally distressed disclaimer. Painted by hand, each pair reads differently, and the white will continue to shift, thin, and crack with wear, an intended part of how the finish ages.
