Ann Demeulemeester's Teo Sweater is knit in black virgin wool in a structured rib, fitted close through the body and arms. A ruffled plastron runs down the centre of the front from the round neck, two soft columns of frills set between the ribs. The rest of the knit stays plain and close, so the ruffle reads clearly against it. The long sleeves are slim and run to the wrist, and the hem sits at the hip. The ribbing gives the knit a vertical line that lengthens the body, and the wool keeps it warm without bulk. Wear it with wide black trousers and pointed boots.
