We accept major credit cards (American Express, Visa, and MasterCard), Paypal, ALIPAY, WeChat Pay and Interac e-transfer as payment.

Feuille Luxury reserves the right to amend prices on the site at any time. From time to time, despite our endeavour to maintain accurate and correct pricing on the website, there may be mistake(s). If there is a mistake, you will be notified via email before the product(s) are dispatched to you. Shipping charges are not included in the price of the product. Shipping charges are determined by the size of your order in total cost.
Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to any sales tax.
Orders shipped to:
- British Columbia are subject to 5% GST and 7% PST.
- Ontario are subject to 13% HST.
- Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, and New Brunswick, are subject to 15% HST.
- All other provinces are subject to 5% GST.
In Store Pickups must be claimed by the credit card holder. Please present your Order Confirmation Number, Credit Card and a piece of government issued identification at the time of pick up.

Shipping costs are calculated by the amount of your order. We offer several types of delivery services worldwide. Please see below and choose the appropriate delivery service you prefer.
Domestic (within Canada)
Xpresspost Canada: The fastest way to ship within Canada. All Xpresspost Canada shipments can be tracked online at www.canadapost.com. Packages to neighbouring Provinces from BC will arrive within 1 business day. Packages to the East Coast will arrive within 3 business days. All Xpresspost Canada packages require a Signature on delivery.
DHL USA Express: The fastest and safest way to ship to the United States. All DHL USA Express shipments can be tracked online at www.dhl.com. DHL USA Express packages can arrive as fast as the next day or within 3 business days. Delivery can be delayed if the package is reviewed by Customs. Signature is required at delivery.
International (Europe, Singapore, China, Australia, Malaysia, etc)
DHL International Express: The safest and fastest way to ship to any International destination. We guarantee delivery using this service. All packages are insured to full value. All DHL International Express shipments can be tracked online at www.dhl.com. A signature will be required at delivery.
Shipping Oversize Items
In some cases when items of heavy weight or irregular size are ordered, additional shipping charges may apply. In these cases, customers will be notified via email and asked to pay additional shipping and handling charges.
International Custom Duties & Taxes
Please note, International orders may be charged customs fees by the destination countries government. We have no control over if, and how much you are charged for customs. We are not responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you.
Returns and Exchanges

Although we try our best to ensure packages are delivered in a timely manner, shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Once a package is shipped we have no control over how long it will take to arrive. We also have no control over whether or not your package is delayed in your country’s customs office. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment for these reasons.
Lost or Damaged Items
You understand and agree that Feuille Luxury shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. Feuille Luxury will provide you with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed. Once this information is provided to you, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the shipping company. Any claims of non delivered or lost packages must be made within 5 days of stated delivery date on the courier tracking.
You also understand that Feuille Luxury is not liable for any packages which have been delivered and Tracking Information marked as "Delivered" which have been stolen from your property. It is your responsibility to contact your local Police Department to file a theft of property claim and contact your Insurance company for reimbursement.
InsuranceAll shipments are covered up to $100 in the case the package has been deemed lost or damaged by the shipment provider.
Purchases made through the Feuille Luxury Online Store are secured through PayPal, the most trusted internet payment processing company. All personal and credit card information transmitted are handled by PayPal’s secure connection. All personal contact information transmitted to us will not be shared, sold or solicited.
