Refund policy

We accept returns for refund, store credit or exchanges for regular price items only. Discounted items are a Final Sale, no exchanges or returns.

Returns
You may request to return a regular price item for a refund (online) or store credit (in-store) within 7 days of purchase or arrival of order. The item must not have been used, worn, washed or altered and original tags attached to be eligible for a return. A flat rate fee of $25 will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
We will gladly accept a request for an exchange within 7 days of purchase (in-store) or date of arrival (online). Items must be returned in unworn, washed, altered condition with original tags attached. We will take care of all the shipping costs for an exchange.

Approval
Once your return has been delivered, it will be inspected and you will receive a notification if it has been approved or rejected. Your refund will be issued within 48 hours.

Final Sale
Hygienic items, Chrome Hearts Jewelry, Discount Items and Gift Cards are a final sale, no exchanges or returns.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from your refund if you ship an item without prior communication and approval.
