Ann Demeulemeester founded her eponymous label in Antwerp in 1985 with her partner, photographer Patrick Robyn. A member of the Antwerp Six, she built a house defined by dark romanticism, deconstructed form and an austere, androgynous restraint.
The accessories carry that sensibility into smaller pieces. The collection spans leather belts in slim and eyelet styles, antique-silver jewellery including simple rings and double bracelets, and pearl necklaces, a recurring motif in the house's design language. Worked largely in black leather and aged silver, each piece favours clean lines and quiet hardware over visible branding, conceived to finish a silhouette rather than draw attention to itself.
