Acne Studios was founded in 1996 in Stockholm by Jonny Johansson, who built the label out of a multidisciplinary creative collective. Drawing on art, photography and architecture, Johansson developed a house defined by Scandinavian minimalism, sculptural form and a deliberate absence of loud branding.
The collection is led by the Camero — a camera-style bag with a soft, collapsed silhouette, multiple zip compartments, branded key charm and signature denim-style button details — alongside the Musubi, recognisable by its twisted knots inspired by the traditional Japanese obi sash. Both sit among structured totes, leather crossbody bags and messenger styles, in leather, suede and denim. Each piece is identified by shape and craftsmanship rather than logos.
