Le t-shirt à ourlet circulaire et tête inversée de Vivienne Westwood est confectionné en jersey de coton noir. Il présente une coupe carrée au niveau de la poitrine avec des manches courtes et droites. L'ourlet est incurvé en un arc profond, descendant au centre devant et au dos et remontant sur les côtés, ce qui permet à la forme de se briser sur la hanche plutôt que de reposer à plat. Le jersey est mat et sec au toucher, maintenant l'imprimé à plat sur la poitrine sans le rigidifier. Une poche plaquée est située sur la poitrine gauche, recouverte par l'imprimé et par une inscription en rouge ; un col rond côtelé complète l'ensemble.
