Pendentif bas-relief Carmelo de Vivienne Westwood, moulé en laiton avec une finition canon de fusil foncée. Un orbe en relief est suspendu à une fine chaîne maille forçat ; la sphère présente un relief composé d'une base bombée, d'un anneau encerclant et de la croix au sommet. Des cristaux pavés parcourent l'anneau et le corps du bijou, captant la lumière sur le métal noirci, avec une pierre unique sur la croix. Le fermoir mousqueton maintient la chaîne, tandis que la plaque gravée au niveau de la fermeture porte le nom de la maison. Portez-le ouvert au niveau du col sur une chemise, ou superposé avec d'autres chaînes.
