La chemise Ghost de Vivienne Westwood est confectionnée en coton rayé gris et blanc, avec une coupe ajustée et longue. Le coton est lisse et légèrement brillant, les rayures étant tissées plutôt qu'imprimées, ce qui leur confère une netteté remarquable à la lumière. Le col à pointes est haut et étroit, et la patte de boutonnage descend jusqu'à un ourlet arrondi. Un petit orbe brodé orne la poitrine gauche, et les boutons portent une inscription gravée sur le pourtour. Portez-la rentrée dans un pantalon habillé foncé ou ouverte sur un t-shirt uni.
