Khoki's Quilt Bomber Jacket sets olive nylon against crazy quilt patchwork, cut short and full through the body. Nylon holds the centre front, back and outer sleeve, while the quilt runs across shoulders, sides and inner sleeve in velvet, corduroy, herringbone and small florals. Piecing is irregular and joined with decorative embroidery, feather and cross stitch worked over every seam in yellow, white and red. Smaller motifs surface across it, an animal outlined in red thread, bare trees, a figure 34 stitched into corduroy, and the bomber hardware stays intact: zip chest pocket, sleeve pocket, snap flap pockets at the hip.
