Le sac Cerberus est un cabas spacieux et souple en forme de A, tombant au centre. Il se cambre vers l'intérieur pour former une poignée fermée par un mousqueton triple face Cerberus orné de l'emblème Rick Owens. Le sac se dévoile par une fermeture éclair sur le dessus et dispose d'une poche intérieure ainsi que d'une poche plate zippée ornée du motif emblématique en U, visible à l'arrière.

Ce cuir de vachette de poids moyen présente un grain subtil et un toucher naturel. Tanné en Vénétie, en Italie, il est passé plusieurs fois dans un grand tambour pour sublimer le grain naturel de la peau. Il est ensuite traité à l'aniline et séché à l'air libre, ce qui lui confère un toucher naturel et ciré. La tannerie est certifiée LWG (Land of Western Australia).
