Ann Demeulemeester's Hamar Wrinkled Serafino Henley Top arrives in black cotton rib, cut slim and long through the torso. Neckline sits wide and low across the collarbone, sleeves run past the wrist onto the hand, and hem curves down at centre and rises at the sides. Rib is knit fine and close, its give coming from the structure rather than a stretch fibre, and a crinkled surface keeps the black from reading flat. Placket runs unusually long down the centre front, well past the chest, and finishes on a bar tack near the waist.
