Le petit sac porté épaule d'Ann Demeulemeester est confectionné en sergé de coton noir, présentant une coupe plate et carrée à la profondeur réduite. Le sergé possède un aspect mat sec qui s'assouplit avec le temps plutôt que de conserver sa forme. La longue bandoulière se noue sur un côté, laissant une extrémité libre qui tombe bien en dessous du corps. Le logo de la maison est imprimé en petit format en blanc sur le bas de la face avant. Porté croisé, il repose sur la hanche, comme illustré ici sur une maille fine et un pantalon noir ample.
